UF Student Tasered at Kerry Forum

Wow, go America. I mean, go America. I mean… Forget it. This is evidence of the end. Where the closest country where basic freedoms are still allowed?
People who know me know well that I stay clear of politics and do not even have a solid affiliation with one side or the other - yes, there are only two sides to American politics at this moment in history - but this event bothers me to my core.
I don’t need to explain what happened as I am sure you have seen it by now but basically free speech was exercised and a young man who should have been thrown out (at worst) was thrown down and tasered for asking why he was being bullied.
The Cast
The student, 21 year old Andrew Meyer, is allegedly known as something of a trouble-maker but that is not grounds for being tasered. Escorted with force? Maybe. But, not tasered.
John Kerry should have done something instead of continuing to chatter away on stage like a blind wimp. His career was not at its highest point anyway but it is wrecked now, which I happen to think is excellent as we need to weed the spineless from our government.
The police should be reprimanded heavily - and possibly “released from duty.” I have heard people say they were just following the book. Sorry. I don’t buy it.
The people in the audience should be ashamed. No one expects anyone to jump in and fight but how about a little more yelling? That would not have hurt anyone…which brings me back to John Kerry. You couldn’t even yell “Stop!”?
